In the heart of winter, I set out on a challenging off-piste journey to one of Chamonix’s highest and most remote peaks, a raw, unforgiving alpine environment shaped by ice, altitude, and silence.

Armed with my camera and avalanche gear, this wasn’t just a photo shoot, it was a calculated risk. Navigating crevasses, unstable terrain, and the constant threat of avalanches, I was drawn by the chance to document untouched, wild beauty most never see. Each shot required patience, precision, and full awareness of the elements.

This wasn’t about perfect conditions, it was about capturing a landscape as it truly is: remote, immense, and indifferent. Photography in its most elemental form, where every step matters and the reward is a frame of something few have witnessed.
