What to Expect at the Workshop

TERMS and CONDITIONS
By booking this workshop and paying a deposit you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

A non-refundable 50% deposit of the workshop fee is required at the time of booking.

The balance is due 3 weeks prior to the first day of the workshop. Should this final payment fail to reach me by the date specified, I reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled and retain the deposit. If a booking is made 10 days or less prior to the date of the workshop then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

Any cancellation by you must be made in writing, by e-mail. The date upon which the e-mail is received will determine the cancellation charges applicable. These charges are expressed as a percentage of the total workshop price, and are as follows: 30-16 days before the date of the workshop 50%; 15 days or less before the date of the workshop 100%.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel the workshop, which will be no later than 15 days prior to the start of the workshop, I will offer an alternative date or full refund. The refund offered will be limited to the workshop fee and will not include additional expenses already incurred by the customer for travel or accommodation. I strongly recommend you take out personal insurance to cover any such losses.

I do not accept liability for any loss or additional expense caused by delay or interruption to travel services through weather conditions, civil disturbance, industrial action, strikes, wars, floods or pandemics. Such losses or additional expenses are the responsibility of the customer. I strongly recommend you take out personal insurance to cover any such losses.

I will not accept liability for loss or damage to any of your personal belongings, including but not limited to camera and computer equipment, peripherals, mobile phones, baggage, clothing, documents, monies, credit cards, travel documents and so on. I strongly recommend you take out personal insurance to cover any such losses.

Any complaint should be communicated to me at the time and thereby giving me the ability to resolve the complaint in the attempt to achieve a satisfactory solution for you. Should this not be possible, you should make your complaint known to me in writing within 28 days of the completion of the workshop and I will do my best to resolve your complaint.

No one under 18 years of age may join the workshop with us, except by special arrangement with and being accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who needs to pay the full workshop fee themselves also.

By making a booking, you agree to accept all the above conditions. Any person making a booking does so on behalf of all the individuals included in it, so that all are bound by the booking conditions.
